Punya Prabhav" project is ideally located at Ghatla, Chembur and is in close proximity to Eastern Express Highway as well as Eastern freeway.The project offers well designed 1.5 BHK , 2 BHK & 4 BHK apartments with excellent amenities.

The challenge was to integrate the permissible elements like chajja overhangs and vertical fins till the window sill to accentuate the verticality of the building.
